Our program is prepared and published by Holland Specialty Tours acting as agent between the customer on one hand and the carriers, hotelkeepers,  and generally all persons concerned in providing services, on the other hand.  It follows therefore that Holland Specialty Tours cannot, in any circumstance,  be held responsible for any accident,   personal injury,  delay, irregularity,  loss and/or theft of effects and hand baggage.   All prices and itineraries outlined in our program may be changed without prior notice.  In this event the traveler may, at his choice, either accept the alterations, or cancel his order and receive a full refund of all payments made without any indemnity being due to either party.  If for any reason the organizers decide to cancel all or part of the arrangements that were solicited,  the traveler is not entitled, in any way, to any payment of any kind other than the refund of the amounts that he has paid.

Payment terms and refund policy.

Settlement for the requested services may be made with American Express,  Mastercard,  bank transfer or cash.

50% refund is given up to 1 week before date of tour.

There is no refund the 6 days preceding the date of the tour.
